Job Description

Schedule:

5 days a week - Monday - Friday

4 days in office, 1 day remote

DESCRIPTION:

Join our collaborative team as an Inventory Controls Specialist III, where you'll contribute to ensuring optimal inventory management across operations. You'll develop and implement sophisticated inventory control procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Working with teams across the organization, you'll analyze data trends, coordinate cycle count programs, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. This role offers opportunities to leverage your expertise in supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • APICS certification or other inventory management certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating cycle count programs and reconciling inventory discrepancies
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and standard methodologies
  • Ability to develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in inventory management
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs as required
  • Proficiency in English required; additional language skills are valued

Education:

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in inventory control or related supply chain functions in a GMP environment
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $70,800.00–$106,200.00.
