IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

• Target Salary Range $97,600 to $115,000 per annum

Reporting to the Director, IT, you will lead a team of skilled IT professionals responsible for infrastructure services and Service Desk operations, ensuring exceptional system performance, stability, security, and end-user support. The job involves:

• •Designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions including overseeing server management, virtualization, storage solutions and data center operations
• •Maintaining and enhancing network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems
• •Managing and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, including maintenance schedules for equipment
• •Conducting regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans. Respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• •Responsibility for development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including networks, data centers, servers, operating systems, and associated hardware
• •Leading, mentoring and growing a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement including knowledge sharing across the team
• •Managing the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk via telephone, email and self-service to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues by tracking and analyzing trends and statistical reports
• •Assessing need for any system reconfigurations (minor or significant) based on request trends and make recommendations
• •Working with Leadership and the executive team to align IT budgets, strategy and technology roadmaps with business needs
• •Managing the procurement, installation and configuration of computer, storage and networking hardware. Provide recommendations on products and services. Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts
• •Maintaining, developing and implementing comprehensive functional policies and procedures (SOPS), including those for network architecture, standards, purchasing, and service provision. Support internal and external audits related to IT Infrastructure & Service Desk
• •Overseeing vendor relationships, licensing and procurement for internal IT systems. Provide service level agreements with business units
• •Partnering with peers in support, customer experience and engineering to ensure the seamless delivery of services to our customers
• •Manage a 24x7 on-call rotation and ensure the timely resolution of issues
• •Adheres to compliance and workplace policies, internal control procedures, and AGCO directives
• •Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• •5+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• •Proven track record managing infrastructure in a multi-datacenter environment
• •Strong technical background in networking, virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server environments, and automation tools or scripting
• •Experience with Bally Gaming Management Systems, Active Directory, Unified Communications Management, IP Telephony, Active Directory, AWS, Azure and Cloud Technologies preferred
• •Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, documentation and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• •Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
