Nearshore Sector |IT Infrastructure Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused IT Infrastructure Manager to drive the digital reliability of our core backend architecture. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will bridge high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, focusing entirely on networks, servers, and cloud environments while partnering closely with the Modern Workplace team.

• •Lead, mentor, and drive execution across two core backend pillars: Systems (Cloud First) and Network Architecture.
• •Drive the continuous migration and management from legacy infrastructure to automated, software-defined environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• •Manage, secure, and optimize global corporate and cloud networking architectures (SD-WAN, SASE, VPNs, switches/routers) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity across all sites.
• •Partner collaboratively with local IT departments across the EMEA region to harmonize core technology stacks and drive unified infrastructure standards.
• •Target 99.9%+ availability for critical backend systems, actively managing major Incident, Problem, and Change workflows for the infrastructure layer.
• •Manage the I&O budget, utilizing FinOps methodologies to control cloud consumption and optimize backend hardware procurement.
• •Maintain, test, and evolve robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans tailored for cloud and hybrid footprints.
• •Partner directly with the CISO to embed DevSecOps security into core backend systems, ensuring strict alignment with GDPR, NIS2, and European compliance mandates.

• •6-8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3+ years directly managing specialized backend operational teams (Network, Cloud Systems) in an international context
• •Strong technical expertise in modern Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• •Deep understanding of modern enterprise networking architectures (SD-WAN, SASE, VPNs, Firewalls)
• •Practical understanding of DevOps principles in the context of ITIL v4 framework (ITIL v3 Foundation required)
• •Highly operational and pragmatic mindset with the grit to "run the last mile" and ensure complex backend projects cross the finish line
• •Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in cloud cost control (FinOps) and backend procurement
• •Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
