The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, assisting others, and staying current with evolving technologies. Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to internal IT teams

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users

Produce clear and concise technical documentation such as requirements and statements of work

Support application development efforts

Assist with application operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

Required:

An active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Software Development , including:

AngularJS, Kendo, C#, .NET, Oracle

Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Business Systems Analysis , including:

Requirements formulation

Tier 1/2 customer support

System testing and integration

Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Database Administration , including:

Oracle 19c

Oracle 26ai

Desired:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
