  • Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellen der IT-Infrastruktur im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bei allen IT-Anfragen
  • Betreuen von MS Clientsystemen, Telekommunikation, Druckern und PCs
  • Annehmen, Klassifizieren und Lösen von Incident- und Request-Tickets für HW und SW
  • Pflegen des Ticketsystems sowie Erstellen technischer Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbücher
  • Installieren sowie Auf- und Abbauen von Arbeitsplätzen inkl. Vorbereiten und Installieren von HW und Clientsystemen
  • Verwalten von IT-Assets inkl. Ausgabe, Rücknahme, Bestellung, Lagerverwaltung und Entsorgung
  • Durchführen von Materialprüfungen sowie Unterstützen von Technikern bei Wartungsarbeiten
  • Profil:
  • Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbarer Beruf
  • erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Service
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Hardware und Microsoft-Software
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit als Ansprechperson für IT-Themen
  • sehr gutes Deutsch
