  • Anfragen und Problemen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der
  • IT-Systeme. Aufgaben 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für IT-Anwender
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von IT-Problemen im Soft- und
  • Hardwarebereich Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten (PCs,
  • Laptops, Drucker) Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
  • Betreuung von IT-Ticketsystemen und Priorisierung der Anfragen Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support und im Umgang mit
  • Ticketsystemen Gute Kenntnisse in der Windows-Administration
  • Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
