DESCRIÇÃO DE CARGO: JOVEM APRENDIZ — DEPARTAMENTO PESSOAL

RESUMO DA FUNÇÃO O Jovem Aprendiz atua no apoio rotineiro às atividades do Departamento Pessoal (DP), auxiliando no atendimento aos colaboradores e alimentação de sistemas e planilhas internas. A vaga é voltada para o desenvolvimento prático e profissional, combinando aprendizado contínuo sobre rotinas trabalhistas e suporte operacional ao time de RH.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Escolaridade: Cursando ou concluído o Ensino Médio.

Conhecimentos Técnicos: Conhecimento básico a intermediário no Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook).

Requisito Legal: Idade entre 14 e 24 anos (conforme diretrizes da Lei do Aprendiz - Lei nº 10.097/2000).

Proatividade: Iniciativa para buscar tarefas, tirar dúvidas e auxiliar a equipe no dia a dia.

Organização: Cuidado com a ordenação de documentos, prazos e controle de arquivos físicos e digitais.

Vontade de Aprender: Interesse genuíno em absorver novos conhecimentos sobre rotinas corporativas e do Departamento Pessoal.

Curiosidade: Disposição para investigar processos, entender o fluxo da empresa e propor melhorias simples.
