YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated recent graduates to join our team in Porto , as a Junior AML Analyst .

In this role you will:

• •Conduct AML/KYC due diligence investigations and review transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential financial crime risks.
• •Assess and resolve alerts by closing false positives or escalating suspicious cases to AML Level 2 teams for further investigation.
• •Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams across jurisdictions to ensure adherence to regulatory and monitoring requirements.
• •Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, while escalating critical issues and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
• •Support departmental workload management and ensure timely completion of investigations in line with service standards.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Recently graduated in Law, Management, International Relations or similar areas.
• •Interest in AML ( Anti Money Laundering) , Compliance, and Financial Crime Prevention.
• •Eagerness to learn and develop in an international banking environment.
• •Good communication and teamwork skills.
• •High attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Fluency in English.
• •Availability to work in Porto (hybrid model).
