Requirements

Education

• •Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• •Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System
• •Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• •Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,North South University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference

Experience

· 1 to 2 years

• •The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
• •Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Age 20 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

• •Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• •Conduct research to understand prospective clients’ training needs, organizational challenges, and growth goals.
• •Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• •Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for training inquiries and program development.
• •Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand the training requirements of client organizations and tailor NetCom Learning’s solutions to meet those needs.
• •Collaborate closely with clients to create customized training plans that address skills gaps, foster employee productivity, and enhance team performance.
• •Prepare, deliver, and refine presentations, proposals, and pricing options to present NetCom Learning’s services and value proposition effectively.
• •Stay informed on industry trends in corporate training, technology, and workforce development to identify new opportunities and challenges in the market.
• •Gather insights on competitors’ offerings and market conditions to adjust NetCom Learning’s approach and maintain a competitive edge.
• •Provide feedback to the product development team to inform the creation of new training programs aligned with emerging business needs.
• •Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• •Work with marketing to create campaigns, content, and materials to support business development efforts.
