Lead Accountant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Accountant based in India.

• This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical accounting activities within a fast-growing, international technology environment.
• You will play a key part in month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• The position covers complex areas including intercompany accounting, reconciliations, consolidations, accruals, and allocations.
• You will collaborate closely with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting matters.
• The role also provides scope to improve processes, strengthen controls, and introduce automation that reduces manual effort.
• You will independently manage diverse accounting responsibilities while contributing to audit readiness and statutory compliance.
