Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Lead Analytics Solution Architect to join our growing Data & AI team in Egypt. In this role, you will lead the design of enterprise analytics solutions, helping clients unlock value from their data through advanced analytics, AI, and cloud technologies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts to architect scalable and innovative solutions across Finance and Supply Chain domains.

As a Lead Analytics Solution Architect , your main responsibilities will include:

• •Collaborate with product, delivery, and go-to-market teams to develop compelling and technically sound responses to RFPs and client opportunities.
• •Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics solutions tailored to business requirements.
• •Translate business requirements into technical architectures, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
• •Architect analytics solutions across Finance domains including O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations (IFAO).
• •Drive innovation by identifying and integrating AI and Machine Learning use cases such as financial forecasting, spend analytics, inventory optimization, and operational risk analytics.
• •Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data governance frameworks, security requirements, and compliance policies.
• •Collaborate with finance, operations, data engineering, and delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• •Present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership teams.
• •Support business development initiatives through solution proposals, client presentations, and go-to-market activities.
• •Assess and communicate the business value, ROI, and financial impact of proposed analytics and AI solutions.
• •Mentor and guide architects, consultants, and analysts while contributing to the Analytics & AI community within Capgemini.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• •6+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics, BI, data, and AI solutions.
• •Proven experience architecting analytics solutions within Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• •Strong expertise across Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations (IFAO), including O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and performance management.
• •Experience identifying and implementing AI and Machine Learning use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
• •Good understanding of modern analytics and AI ecosystems, including:
• •Power BI
• •Azure Synapse Analytics
• •Azure Data Factory
• •Azure Machine Learning
• •Data Warehousing and ETL platforms

• •Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and their integration with analytics solutions.
• •Strong knowledge of data modelling, data integration, data governance, and enterprise analytics architecture.
• •Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• •Proven experience responding to RFPs, developing solution proposals, and supporting go-to-market initiatives.
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Fluent in English.
