Lead Recreation Assistant NF-03

Summary

This position is located at USAG Rheinland-Pfalz - MWR, Pulaski Auto Skills, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

• •Leads a staff of 3-12 employees who perform work up to the N F-0189-03 level. Leads and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis.
• •Sets the pace of work to be performed. May train lower graded or new employees.
• •Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities applying a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials, and facilities.
• •May be required to help plan, conduct, publicize and arrange support for a variety of sponsored events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
• •May be required to operate a government vehicle.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year work experience leading a staff of employees in support of recreational activities such as assisting with planning sponsored events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. OR Has successfully completed a four (4)-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with major study or at least 24 semester hours in courses related to recreation or physical education.
