What You’ll Love About This Role:

- Commission Structure: $100 per lease/renewal over 6 months; $50 per lease/renewal under 6 months

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
- Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads
- Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings
- Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files
- Participate in resident events and community engagement
- Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment
- Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior multi-family leasing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Knowledge of fair housing laws
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people
Additional Details:
- High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)
- Work is performed in a professional office environment
- A valid U.S. Driver's License is required

- This position is full-time, non-exempt. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday schedule and Saturdays as needed.
