Leasing Consultant Pay: Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $21/hour - equivalent to $43,680 salary - and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with your team)

Sundays: Closed

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home.

In this role, you'll:

Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours

Build relationships with current and future residents

Help guide applicants through the leasing process

Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service

Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives

Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals

No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career.

What to Expect

This is an active, people-first role—not a desk job.

You'll spend your days:

Touring apartments and walking the community

Inspecting homes before move-in

Meeting with residents and prospective residents

Working both indoors and outdoors

Collaborating with a high-performing team

Occasionally assisting with resident events or weather-related community needs
