Our Maple Grove office is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced practice where no two days are exactly alike. • Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation

$33.00-$36.00 per hour , based on experience.

What You'll Do

You'll work side-by-side with our doctors to provide outstanding clinical support while helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

• •Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures
• •Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• •Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• •Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• •Educate patients regarding treatment and home care
• •Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure
• •Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• •Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care
• •Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
• •CPR/BLS Certification
• •Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards
• •Experience with digital radiography and dental software
• •Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred
• •Strong organizational and communication skills
• •Previous dental assisting experience preferred
