LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST – PART-TIME

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland 21740

Work Setting: On-Site

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

Engagement Type: W-2 Employee or 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: $30 - $45 per hour Negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, credentials, and final engagement structure

POSITION SUMMARY

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Maryland-Licensed Psychologist to provide part-time psychological services in a residential and secure therapeutic environment serving individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The Licensed Psychologist will provide direct clinical services while providing clinical supervision and oversight to approximately 3–6 Psychology Associates and their respective caseloads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clinical supervision and oversight to approximately 3–6 Psychology Associates and their caseloads.

Conduct and/or oversee psychological assessments.

Oversee person-centered psychological services and interventions.

Review, approve, and/or co-sign Behavioral Support Plans.

Review suicide-risk assessments and other applicable risk documentation.

Participate in competency-attainment and other court-related psychological services.

Prepare psychological summaries and provide professional testimony when required.

Conduct guardianship evaluations and provide testimony when required.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Provide individual and group psychological interventions.

Consult and collaborate with clinical, residential, vocational, supervisory, and support professionals.

Provide recommendations regarding psychological and behavioral needs.

Support development of coping, self-regulation, anger-management, social competency, positive routines, and community-readiness skills.

Assess and respond appropriately to clinical crises.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

POPULATION SERVED

Candidates should be experienced and comfortable working with individuals who may present with:

Intellectual disabilities

Co-existing mental health conditions

Forensic or court involvement

Maladaptive behaviors

Self-injurious behaviors

Stereotypic behaviors

Aggressive or destructive behaviors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current, active Maryland Psychologist License in good standing.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing psychological services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Ability to provide clinical supervision and oversight to Psychology Associates.

Strong psychological assessment, intervention, consultation, and clinical documentation skills.

Sound clinical judgment and ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

Availability to provide approximately 20 hours of onsite services per week in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Current resume or CV demonstrating relevant experience.

Clinical supervision of Psychology Associates

Residential or secure therapeutic environments

Forensic or court-involved populations

Behavioral Support Plans

Suicide and other risk assessments

Competency-attainment services

Guardianship evaluations

Professional testimony and psychological summary preparation

Complex behavioral or high-acuity populations

TRAINING AND CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

The selected candidate must be able to complete and maintain applicable requirements, including:

MANDT System training

CPR certification

First Aid certification

CJIS State and Federal criminal background check

Fingerprinting

Professional license and credential verification

Applicable security and identification requirements

Health, safety, infection-control, and onboarding requirements

W-2 OR 1099 ENGAGEMENT

Qualified candidates may be considered for either:

Part-time W-2 employment directly with Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC; or

A 1099 independent-contractor engagement directly with Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC.

Final classification, compensation, schedule, and applicable terms will be established based on the approved engagement arrangement.
