Manage licensor line planning requirements, submission calendars, approval workflows, and related deadlines
Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure licensed programs remain aligned with contractual obligations and licensor requirements
Maintain digital filing systems and licensing databases, ensuring documentation is current, organized, and audit-ready

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Highly organized and detail-oriented — keeps track of the details, deadlines, and follow-ups so things don’t fall through the cracks
Resourceful and adaptable — comfortable figuring things out, navigating ambiguity, and finding answers without needing every step mapped out
High ownership, low ego — takes pride in their work, is willing to roll up their sleeves, and understands that no task is beneath them when it helps move the business forward

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in licensing, consumer products, entertainment, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with a high degree of independence
