  • Minimum Educational Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
  • Required Skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  •  Service-first mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  •  Well-groomed and professionally presented.
  •  Ability to manage multiple client requests and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  •  Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience Required
  •  Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  •  Freshers are not eligible.
  • Additional Hiring Preferences
  •  Candidates should have a strong client-centric approach, excellent grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.
  •  Candidates must have a background with top-tier hospitality brands/hotels.
  •  This is a 6-day, work-from-office or patron’s residence role.
  •  Candidates may also be required to visit the patron’s residence as and when required.

Target candidates from the hotel industry, preferably from Taj, Oberoi, IHCL, Marriott, and RitzCarlton.
