Lock Desk Specialist Deephaven

The Lock Desk Specialist is responsible for lock confirmations, locking loans, lock updates, relocks, lock extensions, managing email box and dashboard queues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• •Generate Initial lock confirmation.
• •Lock, extend, re-lock and re-price loans in the pricing engine and Loan Origination System as needed, ensuring pricing calculations are correct.
• •Monitor Encompass dashboard queues and ensure timely completion of tasks
• •Provide support to mortgage staff for pricing inquiries, post lock questions/inquiries
• •Assist with system enhancement/update testing
• •Rate Lock or Pricing Desk experience preferred
• •Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements
• •Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• •Present self in a professional manner and can interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts appropriately
• •Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
• •Ability to complete responsibilities effectively and efficiently with minimal direction
• •Ensure SLA’s are met for initial underwrites, condition, and final condition reviews through effective pipeline management
• •Impeccable written and verbal communication
• •Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met
