Role Overview:

• •Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.
• •Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• •Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• •Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas.
• •Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.
• •Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• •Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment.
• •Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• •Collect and transport specimens and time-sensitive materials between locations within set timelines.

Key Qualification & Core Skills:

• •Able to optimally communicate.
• •Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem solving skills.

• •Location: 1133 York Ave, New York, NY 10065
• •Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4pm-12am . Weekend & Holidays as needed.
• •Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management

Pay Range: $23.49 - $32.46
