Duties

• •Assist with property accountability actions, including acquisitions, inventories, property activation, disposal coordination, and removal from the property book.
• •Process and schedule freight shipments in Global Freight Management (GFM) and monitor shipping documentation for billing purposes.
• •Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration support for fleet vehicles, research equipment, and TMDE assets.
• •Dispatch and monitor government vehicles and equipment.
• •Manage Voyager Fuel Card utilization, receipts, and billing documentation.
• •Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external agencies on logistics support requirements.
• •Maintain electronic records and files in accordance with regulatory retention requirements.
• •Support Fuel Services operations, including the FluidSecure program and related monitoring systems.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120.
