Essential Job Functions

• •Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
• •Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
• •Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
• •Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
• •Perform effective first-time repairs.
• •Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge

• •High School Diploma required
• •Trade School background preferred
• •Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls

Skills and Requirements

• •Strong electrical aptitude
• •Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools
• •Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• •Ability to read and follow written instructions
• •Strong communication skills
• •Troubleshooting capabilities
• •Attention to detail
• •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• •Basic computer literacy
• •Team-oriented mindset
