Support daily site activities for production & maintenance (building, process, equipment). Ensure safety in normal & special maintenance tasks. Perform normal preventive maintenance. Ensure Occupational Safety, Process Safety & Security for the site.

您将如何贡献和成长？

• 1. Achieve safety, technology, budget, and construction goals by supervising the execution of acquired projects on-site.
• 2. Discuss and negotiate with various stakeholders on site, manage the subcontractor as the site manager of the project, and communicate with customers.
• 3. When technical decisions are required in on-site construction and test runs, work with the engineering and operations teams to formulate policies.
• 4. If there is a difference from the plan, promptly quantify it and formulate a response policy.
• 5. Continuously pursue methods to increase on-site productivity and formulate concrete measures
• 6. Report the formulated policy to the project manager, obtain approval, and then implement the policy.
• 7. Main tasks include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and machinery.
