The shift for this role pays $24.00 to $26.00 per hour

Our Maintenance Technicians:

• •Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• •Prepare and organizes materials and equipment before starting a task.
• •Report equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediately.
• •Responds to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor.
• •Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.
• •Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
• •Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• •Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English.
• •Formal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program preferred but not required.
• •A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience.
• •Completion of a background check. In some regions, pre-hire process may include physical, TB test, drug screen, and/or fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements Include:

• •Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building.
• •Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
• •May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
