Currently, we are in search of a skilled Part-time Maintenance Technician .

Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:

• •Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• •Prepare apartments for new residents
• •Completes work orders
• •Basic Carpentry
• •Plumbing
• •Electrical Systems
• •Mechanical Systems
• •Small Appliance Repair
• •Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• •HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• •Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash

Requirements

• •Maintenance or "handyman" experience
• •Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
• •Valid driver's license
• •Reliable transportation
• •Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
• •Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
