MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties

• •You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Information Warfare Readiness Directorate.
• •You will participate in advising the Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff (COS) and Assistant Chief of Staff (ACOS) for the Readiness Directorate on matters that cut across organizational and functional lines.
• •You will provide recommendations and conclusions that are considered authoritative and have far reaching effects on the activities of the command.
• •You will establish and implement cross-directorate project management processes, organize and provide oversight of readiness programs and/or projects with global scope and impact.
• •You will make recommendations to leadership to develop, implement, and monitor readiness program management guidance and policy.
• •You will provide analysis to determine the impact of current, planned and recommended readiness projects related to current and future operations.
• •You will support all aspects of the command readiness operations programs including development, monitoring, and adjustments.
• •You will collect, organize, and manage readiness data on all ashore units worldwide and focus on Type Commander (TYCOM) areas of responsibility as defined by higher authority.
• •You will provide Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) expertise in support of Navy and major command integration of IW readiness requirements.
• •You will support analysis, assessment, and development of presentation materials to support Fleet IW metrics briefing requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) in support of the Navy and major commands. Experience applying basic understanding of NAVIFOR mission as it pertains to Information Warfare (IW). Experience with support analysis, assessment, and development of presentation material to support Fleet IW metrics briefing requirements.
