As a Manager Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT) you will lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and carve-outs, translating business goals into practical technology strategies and delivery plans within our Deals practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and drive project execution with sound judgment, accountability, and a focus on quality and timelines. In this role at PwC, you will assess enterprise technology environments, coordinate Day 1 readiness across time zones, manage project plans and governance activities, and develop executive-ready materials that communicate technical findings, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions in clear business terms.

Responsibilities

• - Translating business goals in private equity and merger and acquisition settings into actionable technology strategies and execution plans
• - Leading information technology infrastructure and cybersecurity workstreams across due diligence, integrations, and carve-out activities
• - Assessing and aligning enterprise infrastructure, cloud, workplace, service management, and security capabilities across hybrid environments
• - Driving Day 1 readiness by coordinating global teams across time zones and aligning milestone-based workplans
• - Managing interworkstream risks and dependencies through structured governance, RAID tracking, and cutover planning
• - Developing and presenting client deliverables, including execution roadmaps, design documents, status updates, and change management materials
• - Evaluating current-state technology environments to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation
• - Producing executive-ready analysis and recommendations that connect technical findings to business implications
• - Supervising team performance, coaching junior professionals, and managing delivery across multiple workstreams
• - Applying technical program management skills to track scope, timelines, and progress through complex transaction phases

What You Must Have

• - At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
• - At least 7 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
