About The Role
Konrad is looking for an experienced Manager to lead strategy and consulting engagements. You've successfully managed cross-functional teams of consultants, designers and developers through large, complex digital projects, from inception to completion. Working with senior leadership, you'll own client expectations, delivery quality and the full project lifecycle on digital and AI engagements.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full engagement, including strategy, design thinking, scope, timelines, resourcing and risk, on digital and AI initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams so everyone stays aligned with the project vision
Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and resolving issues independently
Proactively spot problems and opportunities for improvement, including where digital and AI can deliver more value
Develop digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries
Facilitate user experience design workshops
Identify business development opportunities with existing clients, including new digital and AI work
Interpret client challenges and work with the team on elegant user experiences
Act as a thought leader on design, technology and AI, guiding clients on responsible and practical AI use
Mentor team members and help build the team's digital and AI capabilities, including how we use AI tools in our own work
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong experience leading management consulting, strategy, design and technology teams
Experience leading or overseeing AI-related initiatives, with an understanding of what it takes to deliver them well (data, governance, risk and change management)
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
An understanding of complex management, business and finance processes, including building the business case for digital and AI investments
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
A proven track record working with clients in a range of industries
A history of leading multiple large, complex programs at the same time
A deep understanding of design, project management and emerging technology, including AI

The estimated compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
