Manager, Business Enterprise Systems

• As Manager, Business Enterprise Systems, you will lead a team responsible for building and operating business-critical systems and the integrations that connect them.
• You will combine people leadership with hands-on engineering, contributing directly to production code, architecture, and complex cross-system solutions.
• Working closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Operations, Security, IT, and Data leaders, you will translate business challenges into durable technical solutions.
• You will own delivery across initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, balancing scope, dependencies, risk, resources, and competing priorities.
• The role also provides significant influence over engineering standards, release practices, system reliability, and the team's long-term technical direction.
