Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager (Workforce & Organisation (W&O)) to join our team, supporting largescale, business, technology enabled transformation programs, helping organisations embrace AI and modern productivity tooling.
In this role, you’ll lead and deliver work across organisational change management, communications, business readiness, workforce transition and operating model uplift, helping clients navigate complex technology programs and realise the intended people and organisational outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, delivery partners and technical teams, bringing a strong people-centred and execution focused lens to major programs of work.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead and deliver change management, communications and business readiness activities for large, complex technology programs (e.g. ERP, data & AI, digital, platform modernisation)
- Translate technology and architectural change into clear impacts on roles, skills, behaviours and ways of working
- Design and deliver change and adoption strategies, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and transition to BAU
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and workforce impact analysis to inform delivery planning
- Support organisational design and workforce transition activities where technology drives material shifts in operating models
- Partner with delivery, data, architecture and security teams to ensure people and change considerations are embedded alongside delivery
- Manage senior client relationships and provide trusted advice to executives and leaders
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership and practice capability building
Your Profile
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in change management, workforce & organisation or transformation roles, including leadership of complex programs and senior client engagement
- Demonstrated experience working on business led, technology ‑ enabled transformation programs, ideally in public sector, Defence or regulatory environments
- Strong grounding in Organisational Change Management (OCM), including:
- Change strategy and planning
- Business and change readiness assessments
- Stakeholder and leadership engagement
- Adoption and transition management
- Experience in workforce and organisational design activities, including role clarity, capability uplift and workforce transition
- Ability to assess and manage change capacity and competing change demand
- This role offers the opportunity to shape how large ‑ scale transformation is delivered, ensuring the human and organisational dimensions are treated as critical enablers of success, not afterthoughts
Ways of Working
- Confident engaging with senior executives and delivery leads
- Able to operate in ambiguous, fast ‑ moving environments
- Pragmatic, outcome ‑ focused and comfortable working alongside technical and delivery teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive ‑ level storytelling
Please note that we are only able to consider Australian Citizens due to the nature of this role.
