Manager, Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Engineering based in Canada.

The Manager, Engineering will lead a distributed engineering team responsible for building and evolving foundational technology within a modern network management platform. You will oversee systems that power critical capabilities such as device discovery, identification, and data consolidation, where reliability, scalability, and data quality are essential. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, product partnership, and operational ownership. You will work closely with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to set priorities, navigate tradeoffs, and deliver meaningful customer outcomes. You will also recruit, develop, and retain high-performing engineers while strengthening engineering practices across a distributed organization.
