Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

asking direct questions

handling hesitation or rejection

making outbound calls

staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

$15.80 - $18.92/hr.

Preferred Experience

• •Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• •Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• •Strong communication skills
• •Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings

Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License

Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
