Manager, Medical Detention Operations

• This leadership role provides operational oversight for healthcare programs across multiple detention facilities nationwide.
• You will help ensure healthcare services are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with contractual and federal requirements.
• The position combines strategic program management with hands-on operational support across staffing, quality, compliance, and performance.
• You will work closely with facility healthcare leaders, government stakeholders, corporate teams, and external partners.
• The role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare delivery, improve operational performance, and drive sustainable quality initiatives across geographically dispersed programs.
• You will also support new program launches, contract transitions, inspections, audits, and complex operational challenges.
• With extensive travel and a high level of responsibility, this position is suited to an experienced healthcare operations leader comfortable working in regulated environments.
