You will lead a team through strategic customer engagement, sales enablement, pipeline development, and consultative solution selling. The role combines people leadership with operational accountability, requiring a strong focus on coaching, forecasting, customer satisfaction, and achievement of financial objectives. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other support functions to maximize commercial opportunities.
