Janux Therapeutics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager, Project Management Operations, to support our expanding portfolio of oncology and autoimmune programs. This individual will serve as a key operational partner to the Program Management and Clinical Operations organizations by driving project planning, maintaining integrated development timelines, and leading the implementation and optimization of Smartsheet across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in project management systems, particularly Smartsheet, with hands-on experience supporting oncology and autoimmune drug development programs through critical milestones, including IND submissions and early clinical development. This role offers an opportunity to help establish scalable project management infrastructure while contributing directly to the advancement of innovative therapies for patients.
