• This role leads talent acquisition activities while helping build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization.
• You will combine hands-on recruiting with people leadership, serving as both a strategic advisor and an active recruiter.
• The position partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and finance to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• You will guide the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
• The role includes coaching junior recruiting professionals, improving processes, and using talent acquisition metrics to drive team performance.
• You will operate in a fast-paced technology environment where organization, communication, urgency, and sound judgment are essential.
