• As Manager, Workforce & Organizational Transformation, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting workforce management, organizational transformation, training, communications, and Real Property initiatives.
• You will translate government priorities into actionable plans while coordinating people, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• The role combines hands-on team leadership with program and stakeholder management across complex federal environments.
• You will contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, change management, process improvement, and audit readiness initiatives.
• You will also oversee training programs, executive communications, performance reporting, and Real Property accountability efforts.
