In this role, you will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to support the day-to-day performance of our manufacturing operations. You'll help troubleshoot production challenges, improve equipment reliability, optimize processes, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, and productivity throughout the plant.

What You'll Do:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll serve as a key technical resource for the Evansville manufacturing facility, supporting daily operations and driving improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance.

• •Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues
• •Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• •Analyze production data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
• •Support equipment reliability initiatives and preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• •Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methods to increase operational performance
• •Assist with safety improvements and ensure manufacturing systems comply with company and OSHA standards
• •Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for production issues
• •Support the installation, startup, and optimization of equipment and process improvements
• •Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges
• •Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering records
• •Assist with cost reduction, scrap reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives
• •Provide technical support and training for manufacturing processes, equipment, and new technologies
• •Monitor plant systems and manufacturing performance to ensure efficient operation

What You'll Need to Have:

• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• •Minimum of 3-5 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
• •Experience supporting production operations, process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, or manufacturing engineering activities
• •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles
• •Experience working with cross-functional teams in a production environment
• •Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software preferred
• •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
