A Day in the Life

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our manufacturing site in Medtronic Yokneam.

• In this role, you will support daily production activities on the shop floor, help guide operators, and make sure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. You will work with production team and other support functions to help resolve issues, improve workflow, and keep operations running smoothly.
• You will help create a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence on the production floor while reporting to the production manager.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• •Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor
• •Support operators and help ensure production targets are met
• •Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and output
• •Work with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues
• •Help maintain 5S and workplace organization standards
• •Communicate daily priorities and changes to the team
• •Support employee attendance, performance, and workplace conduct according to company procedures
• •Identify improvement opportunities in the production process
• •Follow company standards, policies, and manufacturing procedures

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering/ Practical Engineer or equivalent relevant experience
• •2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• •Experience leading or supporting a small team
• •Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Good communication and teamwork skills
• •Familiarity with manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• •Fluent in Hebrew and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• •Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
• •Previous experience in supervision, team coordination, or production support
• •The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.
