Position Summary

The Marination Attendant Labor is responsible for supporting the marination process by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used to marinate poultry products according to company specifications. This position ensures product quality, food safety, and production efficiency while following all Tyson Foods policies, USDA regulations, and operational procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• •Prepare and mix marinades according to established formulas and production specifications.
• •Operate and monitor marination equipment, including mixers, tanks, pumps, injectors, and associated processing systems.
• •Ensure proper marination levels are maintained to meet quality and yield requirements.
• •Monitor product flow and make adjustments as directed by supervisors to maintain production efficiency.
• •Accurately record production data, ingredient usage, and operational information.
• •Inspect products for quality standards and report any issues to management.
• •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of marination equipment and work areas.
• •Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor operational adjustments.
• •Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and USDA regulations.
• •Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• •Communicate effectively with team members, maintenance personnel, and supervisors.
• •Perform other duties as assigned by management.
