Marketing and Communications Project Manager (Temp)

STEP INTO THE ROLE

• •Collaborates with Internal Communications, External Communications and Creative teams to ensure project resources, objectives and outcomes are clearly defined, organized and successfully delivered.
• •Gains alignment on project objectives, scope, timing and resources.
• •Ensures processes are documented and/or process docs are updated.
• •Schedules, manages and leads meetings event or project meetings. Meets with project or event leads regularly.
• •Provides regular updates on project status, risks and milestones
• •Meets with department leadership to regularly assess team capacity, tools, processes and performance. Provides visibility to project progress, obstacles and challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• •Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required if candidate has deep and varied experience.
• •Experience needed: Three years of project management experience. Events project management experience preferred.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• •Ability to work hybrid (2 days in office).
• •Ability to work a temporary role until April 2027.

$75,553.00 - $109,552.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
