Your Impact

WNA is seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to support organizational performance through operational analytics, project management, resource planning, and continuous process improvement for construction projects across the markets we serve. This role ensures the planning, coordinating, and execution of projects align with company objectives, client expectations, and company standards. The Operations & Project Manager will have solid communication, collaboration, and leadership qualities and experience working on construction sites and/or hands-on experience and familiarity with HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems. This role will work alongside executives and project engineers and play a key role is advancing our mission and vision. This opportunity is available at our Portersville office.

Role Priorities

Support daily business operations to achieve organizational objectives

Manage and utilize key business metrics and operational indicators to support continuous improvement

Maintain strong communication, manage expectations and ensure deliverables align with client goals

Assist with implementation of new systems, technologies, and business initiatives

Maintain, create and curate relationships with clients and internal and external teams

Collaborate and coordinate across all disciplines daily and conduct site visits as needed

Manage projects, monitor budget costs, invoicing, and manage time placed on phases and change orders

Reviews proposals, define scopes clearly and manage changes

Support Project Engineers to ensure drawings and submittals meet WNA, industry and client standards

Manage project coordination, meetings, schedules, and deadlines

Communicates weekly with all project stakeholders and coordinate with all internal resources.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in operations, project management, business management or related leadership roles

Experience managing multiple projects in various phases and proven ability coordinating with contractors, vendors and across teams

Strong understanding of how building systems are designed and ability to read construction documents

Proven understanding of project workflows, managing budgets, schedules and project documentation

Experience tracking and reporting key business performance metrics

Advanced proficiency in MS 365, project management software and other business reporting tools

Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, professionalism and self awareness

Possesses excellent collaboration, facilitation, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications

Preferred: Construction site experience and/or hands-on working knowledge of MEP/FP building systems

Physical requirements: climb stairs, using/carrying ladders, and a valid drivers license for driving to construction sites
