Role Summary
HealthAsyst is a leading technology company based out of Bangalore India focusing on the US healthcare market with a product and services portfolio. The IT Services division works with leading ISVs, Medical Clearing Houses, Payment Solution Providers and Medical Device Manufacturers to overcome their challenges in product engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, mobile application development and integration. The product division of HealthAsyst partners with leading EHR and PMS vendors to provide cutting-edge SaaS patient engagement solutions to provider groups in the US market.
This is an experienced role in the marketing team where the individual will focus on the full lifecycle of our outbound lead generation programs. You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to execute campaigns across events, webinars, outbound programs, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple programs and marketing tools simultaneously.
Lead Generation
Conduct market, competitive, and prospect research to identify relevant opportunities for demand generation and ABM campaigns.
Develop and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across email and other relevant channels to generate qualified engagement and sales meetings.
Create personalized messaging and sequences aligned to target personas, accounts, industry challenges, and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability, opens, replies, positive responses, meetings, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Work closely with Sales to ensure timely follow-up on campaign responses and qualified leads.
Event Management
Research and evaluate relevant industry conferences, trade shows, associations, and other events based on our ICP, target market, audience quality, and business objectives.
Webinar Management:
Plan webinar topics and calendars in partnership with product marketing, sales, and customer success team.
Support the development of webinar topics and formats based on audience needs, business priorities, and campaign objectives.
Manage end-to-end webinar execution, including platform setup, landing pages, speaker coordination, invitations, rehearsals, technical checks, and day-of execution.
Craft email sequences to generate registrations and maintain attendees with multiple, timely touchpoints
Deliver report on attendees and send email campaigns to engage absentees for better response
Tools:
Adapt to the different tools used by the marketing team for CRM, Email Campaign, Webinar etc. and assist in day-to-day management
Critical Success Factors for this role
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market, competitor, and prospect research in campaigns
Strong understanding of B2B audiences, personas, ICPs, and prospect segmentation
Experience working with CRM and email automation platforms
Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening).
Go-getter with a strong mindset towards action and follow-through
Proactive mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and continuously improve marketing programs
Adaptable under pressure, especially when managing events and webinars
Qualification:
MBA from a premium institute and excellent academic results
