Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

At A1 Apps, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting our marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 3+ years of marketing experience who is looking to develop their career in the field of app marketing, advertisements, and analytics. You will work closely with the marketing and development team to implement marketing campaigns, analyze their performance, understand product flows, and contribute to our overall marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• •App Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our mobile app, including app store optimization (ASO), competitor analysis, user acquisition, running A/B tests, and retention tactics.
• •Ad Campaigns: Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, to drive user engagement and conversions. Keep hygiene and violation checks on Google ads.
• •Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies for better results. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Firebase platforms is a plus. Generate regular reports on marketing performance and KPIs to evaluate the success of campaigns.
• •Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing collateral, including ad copies, visuals, and promotional materials.
• •Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies. Effectively communicate marketing insights and progress to leads.
• •Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements and skills:

• •Bachelor's degree/certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Preferred not mandatory)
• •3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on app marketing and advertising preferred
• •Knowledge of App marketing strategies, ASO, and online advertising platforms.
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Proficiency in Excel and Marketing analytics tools, Google Ads, etc.
• •Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Play Console, and Firebase is a plus.
• •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team and problem-solving abilities.
