Marketing Manager, EET Group
Take ownership of marketing for a strong portfolio of technology brands at EET Group
EET Group is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take responsibility for marketing activities across our Components brand portfolio, covering Spare Parts, Consumer Electronics, and POS & Auto-ID.
This is a role for someone who combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution. You will own key vendor marketing relationships, develop marketing plans, manage budgets and vendor marketing funds, and turn commercial priorities into effective campaigns across our digital channels.
About the role
As Marketing Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for marketing activities across your assigned brand and category portfolio. A central part of the role is vendor relationship management: understanding vendor priorities, identifying opportunities, developing marketing plans, agreeing budgets and activities, and ensuring activities are delivered, documented and reported.
You will translate vendor objectives and EET's commercial priorities into relevant marketing activities across channels including direct email marketing, our websites and additional digital platforms. You will also take an active role in developing EET's Merch Shop, working with local EET countries and merchandise vendors to grow engagement and commercial value.
The team
You will join our international Marketing & Digital Sales team and report directly to the Head of Marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing Coordinators, who will support the execution and delivery of campaigns, as well as with colleagues across Product Management, Purchasing, Business Development, Sales and our local EET markets.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day marketing relationship with assigned technology vendors and act as their key marketing contact within EET.
Develop annual, quarterly and tactical marketing plans that align vendor priorities with category objectives and EET commercial priorities.
Own assigned marketing budgets and vendor marketing funds, including negotiating marketing funding, campaign investments and spending levels with vendors; allocating budgets; monitoring spend; and ensuring agreed activities are delivered within budget.
Manage the vendor-funding process from planning and approvals through campaign execution, documentation, reporting and reimbursement.
Develop integrated digital campaigns across direct email, LinkedIn and social media, websites and other relevant digital channels, with clear objectives, audiences, messaging and measurable outcomes.
Develop campaign ideas, concepts, messaging and content together with internal stakeholders and external partners, translating technical and commercial information into engaging marketing communication.
Act as a marketing sparring partner to Product Managers, Purchasing, Business Developers, Sales and other stakeholders; constructively challenge briefs and proactively identifying new marketing opportunities.
Brief and manage agencies, suppliers and other external partners, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Track campaign performance, prepare vendor reporting and use results and insights to improve future marketing activities.
Support the continued growth of the EET Merch Shop in collaboration with local EET markets and merchandise vendors.
About you
You are an experienced marketer who is comfortable taking ownership and moving between strategic vendor discussions, budget planning, campaign development, content creation and operational follow-up.
You are commercially minded, collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the confidence to challenge ideas, bring a clear marketing perspective and turn opportunities into action.
You enjoy working in an international and fast-moving environment and are comfortable managing several stakeholders, vendors and initiatives at the same time.
Your experience
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand marketing, vendor marketing, campaign management or a similar role.
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience managing marketing budgets, negotiating marketing investments and working with funded or co-funded marketing activities.
Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills, including direct collaboration with vendors, agencies or other external partners.
Strong digital marketing experience, including email marketing, social media and website campaigns.
Strong content and copywriting capabilities, with the ability to translate technical or commercial information into engaging communication.
Experience with campaign reporting, performance measurement, budget follow-up and marketing claims.
Strong project-management skills and the ability to independently drive several initiatives at the same time.
Excellent professional English, both written and spoken.
Experience using AI and modern marketing technology to improve marketing effectiveness, content development or campaign execution is also an advantage.
Experience from IT, technology, distribution, consumer electronics, components, POS/Auto-ID or a related B2B environment is an advantage.
What we offer
A high level of autonomy and responsibility for your own vendor and category portfolio.
The opportunity to work directly with leading international technology brands.
A role combining strategic marketing, relationship management and hands-on campaign execution.
The opportunity to shape how EET develops digital, data-driven and AI-enabled marketing.
An international working environment with close cross-functional and cross-border collaboration.
A friendly and modern office environment in Birkerød, Denmark, with supportive colleagues and a great canteen scheme.
