At Tennis Australia, we’re creating a more playful world through tennis – for everyone.

From grassroots to Grand Slams, tennis brings people together, inspires communities, and builds champions on and off the court.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and deliver local area marketing plans in partnership with Tennis Services and Marketing teams to drive participation growth

  • Strong experience in marketing services, trade marketing, or campaign coordination (5+ years preferred)
  • A proven ability to engage and support multiple stakeholders across diverse networks
  • Hands-on skills in marketing tools (Canva, CRM, digital platforms) and a willingness to upskill others
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for innovation, continuous improvement, and insight-led reporting
  • A genuine passion for sport, community engagement, and bringing brands to life locally
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
