The Opportunity:
Executes day-to-day warehouse operations according to established guidelines and procedures. Handles routine tasks such as receiving, storing, and shipping materials or products, ensuring that goods are accurately logged and managed in the system. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Operates warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products efficiently. Maintains a safe and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Resolves common operational issues by applying standard solutions and following established methods. Communicates with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse. What we’re looking for:
- Education: High School completion or equivalent (GED) is required
- Experience: Experience with warehouse systems
Who you are:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive movement and working with hands/feet simultaneously
- Basic computer skills (Teams and Outlook an asset)
- Forklift/OSHA/HAZMAT certifications (assets)
- Previous Inventory experience (asset)
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification (asset)
How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Inbound : Unload freight from trucks/containers; Check shipments for accuracy, damage, or issues; Move incoming materials to storage locations.
- Order Picking : Pick the correct product, lot, and quantity; Move orders using forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment; Label, wrap, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment; Repack and organize products as needed.
- Outbound : Confirm outgoing shipments are complete and correctly labeled; Load product onto trailers or containers; Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Equipment & Inventory : Operate equipment safely and keep it clean; Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory; Ensure proper stock rotation and update inventory system.
- Other Responsibilities : Repack/repair damaged good; Keep work area clean and safe; Perform other tasks as assigned.
