Essential Duties:

Analyzes, plans, and responds to MTO (Make to Order) production needs, providing 100% inventory requirements for assigned areas using planning tools.

Maintains the inventory control system, striving to reduce inventory levels.

Uses corporate purchase agreements to ensure on‑time delivery of materials with purchasing and vendors.

Expedites orders requiring priority rush delivery.

Reviews and addresses discrepancies related to receiving or PO reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

BA or equivalent degree required from an accredited institution in PR/US.

Minimum of five years of experience in effective planning required; previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

PC knowledge: SAP, Office (Excel).

Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
