Job Summary





To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the Master Planner, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
• •Generate Shortage Report.
• •Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
• •Demand analysis and upload.
• •Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
• •Control of Do Not Buy list.
• •Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
• •Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
• •Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
• •Update Production Plan – Capacity projection.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• •MPS experience or similar position.
• •Strong experience in Materials Planning.
• •English advance (spoken and written).
• •Knowledge in Kinaxis Fast Response.
• •CTB and procurement knowledge.
• •Experience with MS Office.
• •Customer service experience.
