Materials Specialist

Job Description Summary

We are looking for Materials Specialist in our Materials Team. As a Materials Specialist, you are responsible for purchasing, on time delivery (OTD) of the incoming materials and inventory value / turns.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Material purchasing and purchase orders monitoring

Purchase orders rescheduling

Ensure material availability

Expedite and escalate part shortages

Communication with suppliers (external / internal)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field of logistics or economics

Proven experience in materials and purchasing

Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English

Computer proficiency (MS-Office)

Desired Characteristics:

Oracle and Kinaxis knowledge and experience (ERP system knowhow)

Ability to support development tasks
